John Wilfred Rostron (born 29 September 1956) is an English former footballer who made nearly 500 appearances in the Football League. He spent ten years with Watford and had shorter spells with Arsenal, Sunderland, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United and Brentford.[1] He started off as a left-winger but then spent most of his career as a left-back.[3]
