Fouad Mulla (Arabic: فؤاد ملا, born in Syria) is a Syrian activist and Cyber Security Architect, known for his contributions to secure communication and digital safety for Syrian activists during the Syrian revolution.[1] He documented censorship, and mass surveillance during his work with the Violations Documentation Center based in Northern Syria.[1][2]
