What is up with the second paragraph under the end heading? It seems like either direct translation or just very poor writing. However I don't have enough knowledge of what actually happened to attempt to fix it, can somebody with at least a little background knowledge attempt to reword those key sentences? 132.198.36.28 (talk) 04:00, 17 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
