I am among the 15% of Wikipedia editors who are women. My primary contributions are original biographies of Catholic sisters, early women MDs, women in silent film, and other notable women, although I've written some biographies for men, too. I'm an active member of WikiProject Women in Religion, and the group has given presentations on feminist Wikipedia editing at the American Academy of Religion, Yale Divinity School and library, and Wikipedia conferences. I tag all of my women's biographies with Women in Red. I live in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC, work at its university, and attend mass at a nuns' monastery that was founded in 1795. Author of three books, co-editor of three more (two with a Jesuit), and facilitator of others' writing.
