Welcome to the Music Theory Project! |
---|
Hello, Worldish2024! We're delighted you've signed up to join us! Music Theory is a project devoted to improving coverage on topics related to music theory, such as the mechanics of music and how music works, elements of music such as melody, harmony, rhythm, pitch, texture, etc., compositional form and structure, theories of harmonization, music notation, music and mathematics, musical analysis, sight singing and ear training, and music theorists. We have a discussion page linked to the main project page where you signed in. We hope to create some more formalized efforts to encourage collaboration on articles between editors soon. We look forward to working with you on the Music Theory Project. |
