is not a compelling deletion nomination. You shouldn't nominate an article based on how it "appears" to you but because you have done WP:BEFORE and you truly believe that the article should be deleted. Do not base a recommendation to delete based on what the subject "seems to be" or on appearances but because, in your editorial judgment and through your BEFORE, you firmly believe an article subject isn't notable.
