Albanci (albanski: Shqiptarët, arhaično: Arbanasi) su narod sa jugoistoka Evrope koji pretežno živi u Albaniji i susednim oblastima.
U Albaniji živi oko polovina ukupne albanske populacije (2.331.741), dok značajan postotak Albanaca živi na Kosovu (oko 1.600.000), severozapadu Makedonije (124.083),ili 14 % populacije drzave jugu Srbije (oko 20.000 u Preševskoj kotlini) i jugozapadu Crne Gore (31.163). Takođe, postoje tradicionalne albanske zajednice u mnogim zemljama, uključujući Tursku, Grčku i Italiju, kao i albanska dijaspora u Zapadnoj Evropi i Severnoj Americi.
Albanci govore albanskim jezikom (koji ima dva glavna dijalekta: gege i toske) i pišu latinicom. Pretežno su islamske veroispovesti (suniti i bektaši), sa značajnim postotkom hrišćana (pravoslavaca i rimokatolika) i ateista.
