Allan Rex Sandage was an American astronomer who worked at the Carnegie Observatories in Pasadena, California.[2] He discovered asteroid (96155) 1973 HA on 27 April 1973. He also figured out the first fairly accurate measurements for the Hubble constant and the age of the universe.[source?]
