Anton Zeilinger (German: [ˈtsaɪlɪŋɐ] ; born 20 May 1945) is an Austrian quantum physicist .[ 7] Zeilinger is a professor at University of Vienna and at the Austrian Academy of Sciences .[ 8] His works focused on quantum entanglement . He won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics with Alain Aspect and John Clauser .[ 9]
He was elected a member of the Academia Europaea in 2011.[ 10]
