Dennis Lynn Heck (born July 29, 1952) is an American politician who has been the 17th Lieutenant Governor of Washington since 2021. He was the U.S. Representative for Washington's 10th congressional district from 2013 until 2021.[1] He is a member of the Democratic Party
On December 4, 2019, Heck announced that he would not seek reelection in 2020.[2] On April 3, 2020 he announced his plans to run for lieutenant governor.[3] He won the general election in November.
