The Dutch-speaking electoral college (Dutch: Nederlands kiescollege, French: collège électoral néerlandophone) is a European Parliament constituency in Belgium. It represents Flanders and the Dutch-speaking residents of Brussels, the capital of Belgium. It was created in 1979.
