Ndugu wa Yesu ni watu wa Israeli wa karne ya 1 wanaotajwa na Agano Jipya, mara nyingi kama wapinzani wa Yesu. Hata hivyo baadaye baadhi yao walishika nafasi muhimu katika Kanisa.
Kati yao wanaotajwa kwa jina ni Yakobo, Yose, Yuda na Simoni (Math 13:55 [1]).
Tangu kale neno "ndugu" limesababisha maswali juu ya uhusiano kati yao na Yesu.
Wengine wametafsiri neno hilo kadiri ya maana ya Kigiriki cha Kale, yaani ndugu wanaochanga wazazi, walau mmoja[2].
Wengine wametafsiri neno kwa maana yake asili katika lugha ya Kiaramu, iliyokuwa lugha mama ya Yesu na ndugu zake, ambamo neno lina maana pana kama katika Kiswahili[3] . Pia kwa sababu Kigiriki cha wakati wa Yesu kilitumia mara nyingi neno hilo namna hiyo[4][5].
