Dadi

Dadi^[1] (hurup Arab Gundul: داد; Inggris: curd) ièlah produk susu-susuan nyang dikeja tibang ngedadiin susu paké pendadi atawa ragi biar misah, èn nyomot bagèan caèrnya (nyang namanya taèr).^[2]^[3] Susu nyang diantepin asem alamiahnya bakal misah sendèwèk jadi dadi ama taèr. Dadi kanggo ngeja kéju. Dadi ama kéju kena dimakan barengan jadi makanan.
