Mandu (만두) yaiku jinis pangsit kang digawé saka adonan glepung kanthi isi daging kang wis dibumboni.[1][2] Mandu yaiku jinis masakan kang asle saka Cina lan lumebu ing Koréa kawit jaman Dinasti Goryeo (935-1397).[1] Saiki mandu dipangan saben mangsa atis lan karaméan taun anyar Seollal utawa taun anyar Imlek.[1] Carane gawé adonan mandu yaiku kanthi dilempit supaya dadi kulit kang diisi pirang-pirang bahan, ing antarané daging, janganan, jamur, tahu lan liya-liyané.[1] Metode gawé mandu ana warna-warna yaiku ana kang digodhog bareng sup kaldu (jangguk) kang panas, dikukus, digoreng utawa dipangan nganggo duduh kaldu atis.[1] Wujud mandu ana warna-warna yaiku bunder, setengah bunder, pesagi, lonjong lan saben laladan duwé cara masak lan variasi kan luwih akèh manèh.[1] Yèn dipangan karo sup kaldu diarani mandutguk (sup mandu).[1]
