Muramyl-Dipeptid (chemisch: N-Acetyl-muramyl-L-Alanyl-D-iso-Glutamin; kurz MDP) ist ein natürlich vorkommendes Fragment des Peptidoglycans, einem Zellwandbestandteil der meisten grampositiven und gramnegativen Bakterien.[1][2]
