A Parahoxozoa (más néven ParaHoxozoa) állatklád, mely a Bilateria, Placozoa és Cnidaria csoportokból áll.[1] A klád kapcsolata a Ctenophora és Porifera rendszertani csoportokkal nem ismert. Egyes filogenomikai tanulmányok szerint a Ctenophora a Parahoxozoa testvércsoportja, a Porifera pedig a többi állaté.[2][3][4][5] Más tanulmányok szerint a Porifera a Parahoxozoa testvércsoportja, és a Ctenophora a többi állaté.[6][7][8][9][10]
