Die Donau van Moesia Inferior word deur die moderne grens oos van Silistra tussen Bulgarye en Roemenië verdeel. Die Bulgaarse deel bevat drie legioenbasisse, Oescus, Novae, en Durostorum en miskien soveel as dertien hulpforte.^[3]
